He has lived in the Portland Metropolitan Area his entire life and began his path in customer service at the age of ten by knocking on doors and asking folks if they needed their lawn mowed. Even at a young age, Gene was hardworking and learned the value of communication, customer service, and the art of 'rolling up your sleeves' to get work done.

Among the many values he acquired and adapted from his time serving in the US Navy were rising early, commitment, loyalty, and adaptation. His honest and truthful approach led to a successful twenty years as a contractor. Growing up with uncles that were general contractors, working for them, then learning and watching how to treat others was an inspiration to him. Also, having family and friends in real estate sparked the path of personal growth in investing, buying and selling wisely, and negotiating win-win scenarios.

Gene is a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and an Accredited Buyer Representative. These specialties are awarded from the National Association of Realtors. Routinely drawing from his prior construction knowledge, he can help educate his clients on buying a home today. If you are selling your home Gene is also an accredited Pricing Strategy Advisor; a prestigious designation awarded again from the National Association of Realtors. Gene was honored and humbly accepted when he was asked to join and work on the Mentorship & Brokerage Leadership Team with Premiere Property Group, LLC, the largest full-service, locally owned real estate brokerage in the State of Oregon.
